Meet Callum MacLeavy, our enthusiastic and knowledgeable Sales Executive who recently joined Ellutia, with a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, Callum brings both technical expertise and a passion for building strong client relationships to his role. His day-to-day work involves understanding client needs and delivering tailored chromatography solutions that support their research and development.
Callum thrives on the variety of his role and loves helping clients navigate complex challenges. He values Ellutia’s commitment to innovation and quality, and enjoys being part of a team that consistently pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in chromatography. For Callum, the best part of his job is making a genuine impact on customers' work and contributing to their success.
Originally from Kettering and now based in Cambridge, Callum is an adventurer at heart. He’s passionate about travel, exploring new places even if just for a day. Outside of work, he’s a keen weightlifter, enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, and is always on the lookout for the next great craft beer. His favourite destination is Berlin, where he immerses himself in the city’s vibrant culture and history.
When he’s not travelling or lifting weights, Callum can be found enjoying a good book, a captivating movie, or attending a music gig. If he weren’t in the chromatography industry, he could see himself working in the film industry or pursuing an adrenaline-fueled career. His dream dinner guest would be Stephen Fry, admired for his wit and wisdom, and if he could have any superpower, it would be Spiderman’s abilities—perfect for navigating the city with ease!
